Reset your administrator password
Administrator passwords are reset from the server rather than by email, so a reset never depends on an inbox.
Ask whoever operates the ProcessLabs Website server to run:
npm run admin:reset-password -- --email you@example.co.uk
A new temporary password is printed once. Sign in with it and change it under Settings.
